I prepared and presented this 50 minute lecture about using multivariate statistics as an ecologist in Spring 2014 for ECOL600, Community Ecology. This is a graduate student course aimed towards giving a broad range of ecologists a comprehensive understanding of Community Ecology.
I created this 45 minute lecture in Spring 2013 for BZ450, Plant Ecology. This course is an upper level undergraduate course designed to give students both a thorough understanding of current plant ecological theory as well as experience taking field based measurements.
I prepared the above 20 minute lecture in Fall 2012 for ECOL610, Ecosystems Ecology, showcasing some current ways to scale up from organisms to ecosystems. This is a graduate level course which gives students understanding about the interactions happening within ecosystems (e.g., nutrient, water, carbon cycling) .
